What’s the difference between the monoblock refrigeration system and split refrigeration system?
The split refrigeration system is composed of two parts, one is condensing unit (also called cold room outdoor unit). It is installed outside of the cold room or freezer room. The other part is the evaporator unit (also called cold room indoor unit). It is installed inside of the cold room. The condensing unit and evaporator unit are separate and customer need to connect them by piping when installation.
The cold room outdoor unit is composed of the refrigeration compressor, condenser, fan motor, oil separator, receiver, filter dryer, sight-glass, solenoid valve, accumulator, high and low pressure switch, high and low pressure gauge, stop valve, water proof housing, electric parts and so on.
The evaporator is another part of the split refrigeration system for cold room and freezer room. If choose slit refrigeration system, customer need to connect the outdoor unit and indoor unit by piping, then vacuum, charge in the refrigerant on site.
The monoblock refrigeration system, on the contrary, integrated the condensing unit and evaporator unit together. No need to connect by piping, no need to vacuum, no need to charge in refrigerant on site. How to install the wall mounted refrigeration unit?
The wall mounted refrigeration unit is mounted on the wall panel of the cold room or freezer room.
First step: Prepare a opening with suitable dimensions on the wall panel. (See the picture below).This is best done using an angle grinder (a jigsaw may also be used).

Second step: Place the evaporator side of the unit smoothly from the open window and remain stable.
Third step: There are two hangers above the monoblock condensing unit. Drill holes in the hangers from the outside to the inside with an electric drill. After the holes are made, install them from the inside to the outside with mushroom head screw bolt and bolt them to the outside of the cold storage.
How to install the ceiling mounted refrigeration unit?
The ceiling mounted refrigeration unit is mounted on the top panel of the cold room.
First step: Prepare a opening with suitable dimensions on the top panel. (See the picture below).This is best done using an angle grinder (a jigsaw may also be used).

Second step: Place the monoblock unit in place on the pre-drilled top panel, and fix the unit to the top plate with screws.
Third step: Lift the top panel with the monoblock unit together and place it on the left and right lifting platforms. At the same time, shake the handle to raise the lifting platform. After it reaches a sufficient height, push the top plate up the wall panel and adjust the position of the top plate.
What’s the temperature range of the monoblock refrigeration unit?
The monoblock refrigeration unit is designed for MT and LT cold rooms. The temperature range is HBP(+2℃ to +8℃) MBP(-5℃ to +5℃) and LBP (-15℃ to -18℃).
How to adjust the cold room temperature?
Note: -8.5°C is actual temperature. -12.0°C is setting temperature.
