Fin tube Heat Exchanger

Because of R290 refrigerant properties, the R290 refrigerant charge is much less than R404a refrigerant, generally R404a condensing unit uses Φ 9.52 fin tube heat exchanger, while Φ 5 fin tube heat exchange is suitable for R290 condensing unit to reduce the refrigerant charge. Glen Refrigeration use internally grooved copper tube and blue aluminum foil to make the condenser, features high efficiency in R290 refrigeration system.

Micro-channel Condenser

Microchannel condenser perfectly fits the R290 refrigeration system because the small coil volume contributes to minimum refrigerant charge. The working principle of the micro-channel condenser is to achieve high efficient heat exchange through a special micro-channel structure. A large number of micro-channels are installed inside the micro-channel condenser. The liquid refrigerant flows through the channels and comes into contact with the outside air to achieve heat exchange. The micro-channel condenser can provide a faster and more efficient heat exchange and achieve better energy saving effects.
