How to install dimension of ceiling mounted monoblock refrigeration unit?

The monoblock refrigeration unit is mounted on the roof panel of the cold room or freezer room.
Prepare a opening with suitable dimensions in the cold room roof panel (see pictures ).
The L2 and W2 is the opening dimension.
Position the unit onto the cold room roof panel inserting the evaporator section in
the opening.
Fix the unit using the screws supplied.

What’s the defrost method of the monoblock refrigeration unit?

The defrost method of the drop in refrigeration unit is reverse cycle hot gas defrost. The defrost period of negative temperature and positive temperature is different.

For negative temperature -15°C to -18°C, we suggest the defrost period is 120 minutes. (The monoblock refrigeration unit defrost period defaults 120 minutes)

If you used in the cold room, you can set the defrost period 300 minutes or 360 minutes or longer period.

What’s the temperature application range of the drop in refrigeration unit?

The drop in refrigeration unit can used in positive temperature and negative temperature. The lowest temperature is -18℃.

Can the monoblock refrigeration unit used in low temperature -22℃?

The monoblock refrigeration unit is not suitable for low temperature -22℃. The lowest temperature is -18°C, because the monoblock refrigeration unit evaporator is smaller than the normal evaporator, the evaporator fin space is 4 mm, we are afraid that if you use -22°C, the evaporator fin will freezer easily.

If you need the monoblock refrigeration unit used in -22°C, we need to expand the evaporator fin spacing to 6mm.

Will the compressor stop working when it reaches the target temperature?

The drop in refrigeration unit adopts the variable speed refrigeration compressor. When the cold room reaches the setting temperature (target temperature), the compressor will reduce the speed gradually to maintain the temperature, when it reaches the lowest speed, it will stop.
