Glen Refrigeration’s horizontal condensing unit can use in medium temperature also low temperature. The lowest evaporating temperature is -40°C.
The horizontal condensing unit includes refrigeration compressor, condenser, condenser fan motor, and other refrigeration parts. But it doesn’t include the evaporator. It is a part of a refrigeration system.

The difference between the air cooled condenser unit and water-cooled condenser unit is the condenser. The air cooled condenser unit uses the finned type copper tube condenser, while the water-cooled condenser unit uses the plat heat exchanger as condenser.
The big difference between the indoor condensing unit and outdoor condensing unit is the installation place.
