The 1~3HP sanyo rotary compressor outdoor condensing unit don’t need to install the oil separator. Please see the reasons below:

• The production and processing precision of rotary compressor is very high now. The oil output is much less compared with piston compressors, semi-hermetic compressors, screw compressors.
• Sanyo compressor is a rotary compressor, the suction pipe connects the cylinder directly, when the oil is too much, it will cause the oil hammer.

We offer the 1~3HP outdoor condensing unit with liquid solenoid valve. But if our customer can install the liquid solenoid valve on site, we will suggest them to but the outdoor condensing unit without liquid solenoid valve. Because the liquid solenoid valve is installed in front of expansion valve. The closer to the expansion valve, the better. We can send the solenoid valve separately together with the outdoor condensing unit.

All of our 3 phase outdoor condensing units are equipped with an electric board. The electric board has the phase sequence protection function. Except this function, it has other functions below:

• Discharge temperature over-high protection
• High pressure low pressure protection

• Over-voltage under-voltage protection

In the refrigeration system, if the condensing unit is installed outdoors, when the ambient temperature is very low in winter (or in low-temperature environments), the discharge pressure (condensing pressure) of the system will tend to be lower, the expansion valve will not be able to obtain sufficient pressure drop at both ends, making it difficult to provide appropriate refrigerant to the evaporator. On the one hand, the cooling capacity of the system will not meet the requirements, and the system will also cause frequent low-pressure alarms.
