Sanyo is a world class rotary compressor manufacturer, including the air conditioner rotary compressor, refrigeration rotary compressor and so on. Glen Refrigeration’s wall mounted refrigeration units and ceiling mounted refrigeration units adopt Sanyo variable frequency compressor, by changing the compressor speed to achieve different cooling capacity according to different refrigeration load. Liquid injection cooling technology have been combined to reduce the discharge temperature for higher reliability of the compressor.
The four-way solenoid valve is also called four-way reversing valve, mainly used in heat pump air conditioners and hot gas defrost refrigeration system. The function of the four-way valve in the monoblock refrigeration system is to change the flow direction of the refrigerant, and realize defrosting function. In refrigeration cycle, the high-temperature high-pressure vapor refrigerant discharged from the compressor enters into condenser to condensate; in hot gas defrost cycle, the condenser acts as a evaporator, the evaporator acts as a condenser, the high-temperature high-pressure vapor refrigerant enters into evaporator directly by the four-way valve, then condensate in the evaporator to melt the frost or ice.
Hot gas defrost is the energy-efficient defrost method compared to electric defrost refrigeration system. Hot gas defrost system work by routing compressor hot gas through evaporator. There are two kinds of hot gas defrost methods, one is hot gas bypass defrost, the other is reverse cycle defrost. Both of two methods use hot gas, that is high-temperature vapor refrigerant. The main difference is hot gas bypass defrost don’t need to change the refrigerant flow direction; while the reverse cycle defrost needs to change the refrigerant flow direction by the four way valve. In reverse cycle defrost cycle, the hot gas will enter into the evaporator directly, melt the frost or ice. Both of the wall mounted refrigeration unit and top mount refrigeration unit adopt reverse cycle hot gas defrost. It provides a fast and efficient defrost performance.
